•Law Professor teaching business entities and Legal Aspects of Small Businesses

•Community Involvement (over 20 years working and volunteering)

•Assisted hundreds of community organizations, including formation (with tax exempt status) in California, New Mexico and Texas

•Delivered over 50 professional presentations in the last 6 years

Community experience. Lopez has had a life-long commitment of working with community nonprofit organizations. He served the nonprofit community for over 20 years in several capacities. He has served on many boards as a director and officer. He has counseled many nonprofit organizations, provided legal services, delivered presentations and assisted with strategic planning, board development and a variety of other capacity building services. He was co-founder of the Nonprofit Enterprise Center and the primary arichtect behind the El Paso Nonprofit Center
